Shipping and handling costs varies according to the item, size, and weight, as well as your delivery location. As a result, shipping is not applied or included on any products listed on the website, with the exception of Real Estate Closing Gift orders which has a $30 flat S/H fee & processing fees. Local delivery or pick up may be arranged, but otherwise any purchase requires a shipping and handling fee.
